  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We offer a returns policy.

    • The product may be returned for a full refund if the frame warps, cracks under its own means (NOT dropped or had something dropped on it) or the canvas splits, tears or rips, again under its own means.

     

    • If a commission has been placed, a 50% deposit is required before the commission commences. This 50% deposit is Non-Refundable as it covers the setup cost of the commissioned piece.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    We ship all over the world. Quotes for shipping outside New Zealand will be issued and agreed upon before order is processed.

     

    We offer a flat rate fee for shipping outside Auckland, within New Zealand.
